Membership

Membership is implied to the residents of the Newlands and surrounding areas in Pretoria. Moving into the area makes you part of the community, which automatically implies your membership status. You decide to be a participating or non-participating member.

Partnership

We have partnered with CSI Security that assists in our area with patrolling vehicles and house protective services. Taking out a contract with CSI covers your Security and Newcom levy in a convenient monthly payment.

About Us

Newcom Association has a monthly membership fee which is used towards the radio tower and licensing, park cleanup and other community activities like patrols, signage and park festivities.

Newcom Association comprises of a community in the Newlands and surrounding area. If you live in the area, and would like to become a participating member, feel free to contact any of our Management Committee Members. We are always busy with events that require funding and hands. Your involvement is key to the success of our community.
